Is the inquiry, consultation, and design process free of charge?

Yes, we are happy to offer this professional service free of charge. Please understand that we reserve the right to decline unserious inquiries without explanation.

How much does a custom-made order cost?

We do not charge extra for custom orders. The regular product price applies according to our online store – for private customers (B2C) and business customers (B2B).

How much fabric is needed?

This depends on the product. For a bow tie, we recommend a fabric piece of 50 x 30 cm (approx. 20 x 12 inches). For a full set (bow tie, pocket square, suspenders, and cufflinks), we require 50 x 130 cm (approx. 20 x 51 inches).

Can any fabric be used?

Yes, as long as it is not too stretchy, thick, or bulky. If we determine that the fabric may be problematic, we will discuss the details with you.

Will I receive a design preview before production?

Yes, for each selected item, we provide design previews for approval before production begins.

How does the ordering and payment process work?

You can contact us via email (info@MAY-TIE.de), phone, or WhatsApp at +49 157 3360 9407.

We will discuss your selection, and you send us your fabric. We will then create design previews for approval.

After your final confirmation, you will receive a link to a summary where you can complete your order in our online store. Various payment methods are available. Production begins after payment is received.

Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

You may choose any shipping provider, but we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please note that you bear the immediate shipping costs and transport risk.

When will I receive my order?

After receiving your payment and fabric, production takes approximately 7–14 days.

For larger orders, production time may vary – we will discuss this individually.

Before shipping, we will send you a photo of the finished product.

Shipping is via DHL and is free of charge. We ship worldwide.
