High-Quality Workmanship: The bow tie features a double-layered construction with a securely stitched center knot. The elastic closure band is fully adjustable and equipped with a skin-friendly, toxin-tested, nickel-free metal hook.

Is the request and the bow tie design preview image free of charge?

Yes, we are pleased to offer you this professional service at no cost. Please understand that we reserve the right to reject non-serious inquiries without providing any reason.

How large should the fabric piece be?

For production, we recommend a fabric piece measuring 50 x 30 cm. If the fabric is smaller, we’re happy to work together to find a solution.

Can any fabric be used?

Yes, as long as it is not too elastic, thick, or bulky. If we notice from the pictures that the fabric might be problematic, we’ll be happy to discuss the details with you.

What are the requirements for image quality?

> For scans: A4 format in color, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

> For photos: Lay the fabric flat, mark an A4 area, and take a photo from above.

> For ties, please also specify the width.

Ensure that the fabric is as wrinkle-free as possible.

When will I receive the bow tie design for review, and are changes possible?

After receiving your images and addressing any questions, we will create the 3D bow tie design within 3–5 business days. Of course, adjustments to the design are possible.

How does the ordering and payment process work?

After you give final approval for the product design, you will receive a link to a summary where you can complete your order in our online shop. Various payment methods are available there. Production begins once payment is received and the fabric has been delivered. Please note that custom-made items are excluded from returns and exchanges.

You can choose any shipping service provider. However, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs and bear the risk during transport.

When will I receive my order?

After we receive your payment and the fabric, we need about 7–14 days for production. Before shipping, we will send you a picture of the finished product.

Shipping is handled by DHL and is free of charge for you. We deliver worldwide.

Can I also get a matching pocket square, cufflinks, or suspenders?

Yes, that’s possible! Just include this request in your inquiry. We look forward to assisting you.
