We deliver all over the world with DHL | GoGreen - a climate-friendly shipping for more environmental protection. Transport-related carbon emissions are calculated for each item in accordance with ISO 14064, and are offset through external projects.

Returns | Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please contact us by reply to the shipping confirmation that you received by email - this way we have all the information we need together and the return request is opened automatically. You may return the goods (you have purchased from us) to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods provided the goods are unused, clean and have all hangtags. Goods from the "Service" category are excluded from returns and exchanges.

You can use a shipping service provider of your choice for the return shipment - we recommend a shipping service with a tracking number - you bear the direct costs and the transport risk of returning the goods. For returns from Germany, you can also use our pre-paid return label from DHL | GoGreen (will be emailed to you upon receipt of the return request and is valid for 7 days). After receiving the returned goods in correct condition, we will refund you the price of goods - minus a handling/shipping fee of 3.90 EUR if you use our DHL return label.

In the event of an exchange, the item price will not be refunded - a new item will be sent and we will charge an additional shipping cost of EUR 3.90.
