This Payment & Shipping Information may have been translated if provided to you through our Service. In the event of a dispute, you agree that the original German text shall prevail.
Payment: The quoted prices include sales tax and other price components. Standard shipping costs are included in the displayed price. Additional costs may apply for special or express deliveries. The following payment options are available:

Processing time: The time required to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated delivery times: Germany: 1-2 business days, Europe: 3-7 business days, Worldwide: 7-14 business days. We will do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Customs and import taxes: International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to DMTC Germany/MAY-TIE nor are they set by DMTC Germany/MAY-TIE; rather, they are paid to and set by your home country's government according to import/export regulations and are charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
We do not refund for lost packages and are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges you may incur.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer, in accordance with international postal regulations.
We do not mark packages as gifts.
Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back within 21 days of delivery. We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
